A proposed residentail complex at 3-9 Park Avenue, Gordon
CPDM is proposing a new development at 3-9 Park Avenue, Gordon, which will provide a range of new homes to support the Gordon and upper north shore community.
The proposed development comprises a diverse range of homes that will be conveniently accessible via public and active transport, and will be close to amenities such as shops, schools, parks, and community facilities.

About the project
In coming months, CPDM will seek approval from the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) to transform its site at 3-9 Park Avenue, Gordon into two residential buildings. This is proposed via a State Significant Development Application (SSDA).
Specifically, the proposal will seek approval for:
Demolition of the existing buildings at 3-9 Park Avenue​​
100 apartments ranging from 1-4-bedrooms including:

31 affordable homes*
Construction of two residential buildings with a maximum building height of 31m​​

The site slopes downwards from Park Ave to Park Lane.

Viewed from Park Ave, the proposed building appears as 9 storeys. An additional storey will be set below the existing ground level and can be accessed by stairs leading down from Park Avenue.

A two-level basement accommodating:

*Affordable homes cater to lower income households and Sydney’s essential workers including teachers, nurses and first responders. 26 of these apartments will be managed by an accredited Community Housing Provider (CHP) for 15 years, and 5 apartments dedicated to a CHP in perpetuity,​​​​
